If you would like text messages and have not registered for the RainedOut System you can click on the RainedOut link. There are online instructions to follow once you click the link. This has to be done by you. Club Bear can not set up the text notification for you as it requires a step for verification that the user has to do.

Message from HOA
Dear Volleyball Player/Parent/Coach,
We want to remind you that the club commitment rules for the 2017/18 season have changed:
No individual player and/or parent/guardian on behalf of a player is permitted to sign an agreement, to compete with a club, during any HOA sanctioned competition, in the upcoming indoor volleyball season, prior to July 20.
Prior to July, 20, individual players and/or parent/guardians of individual players are also expressly prohibited from paying any dues and/or deposits for the 2017/18 volleyball season.
All recruiting activities DURING tournaments are prohibited. We want teams to be able to focus on the event, while they are at tournaments without external disturbances.
We would also like to bring to your attention the Gold Standard Clubs. These clubs have high retention rates among players and coaches in the past and are taking extra steps in officiating training and Safe Sport programs. These clubs also will not conduct any recruiting activities and talk to prospective players until these players have completed their season with their current club.
You can find the Gold Standard clubs on the HOA website under the club listing. They are marked with the Gold Standard Seal. You can also find a more indepth description of the HOA Club Gold Standard program.
We hope you are all having a great season.
