Steps to A Successful Tryout (Word Format)

Club Bear tryouts for ages 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 and under players will be held Saturday, November 8, at the times below. Tryouts will be held at the Willard Middle School.

9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - 14s and under
12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - 13s and under
3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - 12s, 11s, 10s and under

Club Bear tryouts for ages 18, 17, 16, 15 and under players will be held Sundary, November 16, at the times below. Tryouts will be held at the Willard Middle School.

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - 16s and under
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - 15s and under
4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - 17s and under
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - 18s and under

Please print and complete each of the forms below to bring with you to tryouts in addition to copies of your birth certificate and detailed dated immunization records. Completing forms in advance and providing copies of birth certificates and immunization records will expedite the registration process.
