Club Bear tryouts for ages 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 and under players will be held Saturday, November 3, at the following times:

8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - 13's and under
12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - 14's and under
3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - 12's, 11's, 10's and under

Club Bear tryouts for ages 18, 17, 16, 15 and under players will be held Saturday, November 10, at the following times:

8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - 15's and under
12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - 16's and under
3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - 17's and under
6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - 18's and under

Please print and complete each of the forms below to bring with you to tryouts in addition to copies of your birth certificate and detailed dated immunization records. Completing forms in advance and providing copies of birth certificates and immunization records will expedite the registration process.
